wall mounted tv

Ok so I have hung my 46 inch sony LCD tv on the wall. I used a low mount so the tv is only about 3 inches off the wall. My question is does anyone use a USB ran fan to help keep the tv cool being so much closer to the wall? Ideas? Am I just over thinking this?

If the heat can escape out the top, you'll be fine.

Should be fine as long as there is enough space in back/top of tv. And 3 inch for back is enough

Thank you for reply's. The last thing I wanted to do is hurt the tv and not even know I was.
