Wall Mount Frame and Cable Management

I have a two part question. I have decided that I am going to take some of the dry wall out of the wall and make my studs 16" in. on center, w/ reinforcing. With that said I am looking for a TV mount that has north/south tilt, and articulates east to west, it also has to be able to handle 50" plasma. I know there are a ton of these on the market, but I am looking for suggestions. I have the slim plasma TV and I would like a TV mount that when it is fully pressed against the wall it is as close to flush as possible. I am also considering an "in wall" mount like this one:

I am not necessarily looking for the most expensive, nor the least, just one that is quality that fits my needs. Thanks for all your help.

I bought a stand from Z-line designs and it came with a mount that can be used on the wall or attached to the stand. It tilts up and also swivels.

I think you can purchase just the mount and it can handle TVs up to 60" and 160 lbs. It is not 'articulating' like that Peerless mount, meaning you can't pull it out away from the wall and then tilt or swivel it, but it may work for you.
