I just ordered the panasonic VT25 it gets delivered Saturday. I was able to get an amaizing deal on the 65 inch which comes with 3 sets of glasses and a 3d blue ray player. so I went for it. I have a few questions.
1. Extended warranty should I purchase? Salesperson was really pushing and told me tv's today are not made like they were years ago and chances are something will go after the factory warranty expires. He also showed me in the computer how many were being fixed. Any recomendations?
2. They were also trying to sell me a monster power center. Yes these are nice but expensive. Can I use a regular surge protector or is this a necessity with the type of tv I have? I also plan to have a receiver, bd player, and cable box connected. I'm just not sure if I need it. What is the worst thing that can happen if I don't get one?
