I has a Roku Box hooked up to my TV and the sound was fine when people talked. I just bought a VSee Box and the sound doesn't sync with their lips. If directly connect the VSeeBox to the TV the sound syncs when the people talk. I think it's my Receiver, but I have tried all the settings and nothing works. I read the Denon doesn't have 4K output, but I don't think this has anything to do with it. I was thinking about upgrading to the Yamaha RX-A8A.

I have a Sony Bravia II 65"
Denon AVR 4311-CI
VSeeBox

Those boxes are almost certainly illegal in the US, and you are running significant risk if you use it.

It seems audio issues are prevalent with those units, yours in particular. I suspect they did not design the HDMI continuous handshake issue properly, and when there are two handshakes vai the receiver and receiver to TV it can't cope.

Have you tried connecting the unit to the TV and getting audio back to the receiver via eARC?

Really, that was an unwise purchase and you are exposing yourself to risk. I expect that the whole outfit will get shut down by the authorities sooner rather than later.

4311 doesn't have eARC. Primitive ARC at best.

I have no idea what a "vsee" box is or why it might have issues otoh

Reddit has a bunch of posts about how sketchy it is and that ultimately it's illegal and a scam.

It's probably a malware infested piece of junk that you will never get working because of major design flaws.

I wish you luck but I don't think you'll find help here, or anywhere, that it going to make it work.

I think we are all agreed. That horror is junk, and illegal junk at that.

I checked a few things, and it looks like a typical Android box reloaded with copyright infringement tools. The website is sketchy AF and full of typos. It makes me assume the "creators" are just as meticulous in creating this box as they are in maintaining their own website, which is their most important public presence or face, then I'd definitely not expect much out of such a company of their "product"

As others mentioned, it's 100% illegal to sell these boxes, and likely to use them too. If it uses the P2P protocol (like torrents) to stream the content to you, I guarantee you will get in trouble.

You won't find support for such products here.
