VPL-XW6000 with 950 hours? Worth the discount?

I was being offered a VPL-XW6000 with 950 hours on it for $8000. They seem to retail for $12k. Is this a deal you would do? Thanks!

If I'm near that price, I'm getting a JVC every day of the week. That said, it is a good price on that model.
