VModa Crossfade M-100 vs Beyerdynamic DT-1350?

I know that VModa is taking the headphone industry by storm, and they seem to have their priorities right with regard to sound quality and build quality. I have any opportunity to upgrade to either the Crossfade M-100 over-the-ears or the Beyer DT-1350 on-ear. I know that the sound characteristics between them based on this alone will be substantial. However, for those of you who have maybe had experience with both, which do you prefer and why?

Thanks in advance!
