I have a minty, all original pair of high quality, vintage JBL J350A's for sale. They are walnut with black grills. These units are 3-way units with 10" woofers and 10" passive radiators. They include pure titanium 1" tweeters, 5" mids, and of course the woofers and PR's. These make great main towers for either music or HT. I was wasting them as surrounds in a HT setup.
They are pretty much in great shape, as I bought them new in 1985 and babied them. Surrounds show no sign of decay. One glitch occurred when my doberman, laying on his side, stretched his legs out and put a small (repairable or replaceable and of course unseen) rip in one of the passive radiators. The small rip has no apparent effect on the radiator's performance. Otherwise the drivers, grills, and cabinets are in great shape for their age.
The cabinets will kill your knuckles on the rap test. These are solid and very heavy. So they would likewise be expensive to ship...I'm guessing $80 to the midwest. Thus I prefer the unlikely scenario that someone from the northwest, particularly Oregon has a hankering to buy them.
These cost me just under $800 bucks in 1985 dollars. They're great speakers (but have now been replaced). I'm asking $150 or best offer (plus shipping). Pictures are available upon request.
This is all the JBL website had on them.....
