Video Shielded Subs ?

I am looking at putting my subwoofer in the built-in entertainment center and placing the sub under the DLP TV. I have a professional installer doing the work and they do this often. They use Velodyne which claim to be video shielded. I wanted to use Klipsch front ported series RW 12. Is it okay to put the sub below the DLP TV and are most subs video shielded.

Most subs are not shielded. I think it's a plus if you get one that is, but with a DLP TV it isn't going to matter anyway - DLP/LCD/Plasma are not affected by magnetic fields the way CRT TVs are.

the little book on my bottom-of-the-line Velodyne VRP 1000 says it's magnetically shielded, but it also warns to move it away from the TV if colors start looking weird...
