Maybe you've seen YouTube videos of someone's home theatre in action, where the home theatre's speakers were recorded by the video camera, so the impression of what that home theatre sounds like is not likely to be good. But, on the other hand, videos of what a cartridge sounds like can be very good, when, instead of picking up the sound of speakers with the video camera, the sound of the cartridge is digitized to the computer and then added to the video. I tested this for myself the other day; and, I found that if I listened to the video from my home theatre speakers it sounded virtually identical as playing the record through my home theatre speakers. At any rate, here's the video I made. Listen from your own home theatre system and tell me how good or bad it sounds on your system.
