I have a Velodyne DPS-12 and its not working. When it is powered on the night mode light and jazz/classical option are active. When you try to turn up the volume the night mode light flashes however nothing happens. I also can't change the modes to anything it remains on jazz/classical. I have done the reset but it doesn't work either. I have another sub I tried with the same settings and it works so it's not the settings.
I am stumped at whether the velodyne is done. Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks
