Velodyne DPS-12 (200W -400W/P)

My speakers are all 8 ohm CELESTION - front 3 ways 120W 90db, back 2 ways 100W 89db, center 100W 90db, The Sub is an active Celestion 100W 10" driver it is ok but I'm mostly listening to concert (DVD) and I'm lacking bass I have to put the sub very close to me so I will feel the bass, My plan is to add another Subs instead of changing for a very powerfall and expensive one and to split the sub output form the amp, I have Pioneer Elite VSX-52TX.
I was impressed from the Velodyne DPS-12 (200W - 400W/P) it did sound like a subs equivalent to $ 800 and more.
I have high ceiling room about 13f high
I will appreciate if someone can give his idea

The DPS 12 is very capable, output, definition and extension from ~ 25hz. It definitely goes lower with great output, but it's tuned higher to be more musical.

I say if you can fit it, get it. Is it the 599 one from Future Shop? The canadian prices should be coming down soon now that velodyne has opened a warehouse in vancouver.

Its really deep though, so again, make sure it will fit.

Thanks but I'm talking $ 599 Canadian Dollars so it is $ 489 USD if you add Shiping and taxes it is more exspensive

for that price, you should wait a little. The Velodyne prices are supposed to start coming down (here anyway).
