I bought a VCR, it had this problem in addition to it not being the right VCR, and then i sent it back, got another VCR and it does the same thing (it apparently is a similar model even though it's a different brand).
It's bugging the heck out of me. Does anyone know how to stop this? Whenever I play a tape, the top 1/8 of the screen wiggles left and right. Adjusting the tracking does not help. Does anyone have any suggestions?
Also, I'd like my television to accept all signals, whether it's static or not. Sometimes, in the middle of the tape it goes funny for a little bit and my television automatically says "No Signal" instead of just waiting for the VCR to re-adjust. Anyone know how to turn this feature off?
