My phone ran out of data but , I was wondering if anyone has ever used household stuff for isolation blocks for subwoofers and stuff . Got all these old running shoes with foam bottoms ,

Main goal is for audio ,video ofc ..
My mom doesn’t like subwoofers rattling the house
And I got a older hdtv that’s tube what’s a easy way to maybe make a thing to rotate it on ? Any ideas
Got two lamps that need lampshades wondering how hard those are to build .
