Unthinkable - blu-ray

I picked up this blu-ray at blockbuster mainly because I had never heard about it until that day and I like SLJ movies. The plot of the movie is an American born man adopts the Islamic religion and plants bombs throughout the US, nuclear bombs. His goal is to show the American people their faults and what better way to do that then to use nuclear weapons!

The tone of the movie has Saw-esque vibes at times and really brings up an excellent question of morality. The movie asks the audience to determine if torture is moral when it can save lives. It's gruesome at times and a head scratcher at others.

Overall Unthinkable is a 7.5/10 on Shock's scale of awesome, definitely worth a rent.

I second.

The movie does an excellent job of forcing the issue whether or not torture can be justified morally given that in this particular case, it may save millions of lives.

However, I find the acting of Carrie-Ann Moss in this movie as being a few notches above Jackson's.

BTW, Moss might like to torture her costume designer. Her skirt highlights her bow legs. She should have worn pant suits like what Julia Ormond wore in "Surveillance". Looks still great while maintaining the stereo-type FBI image.
