Can anyone help me out here? It looks a bit banged up but maybe fixable. Is it anything quality? No model info on back...

It doesn't need a tweeter, that can easily be fixed with some masking tape.

That is the absolute bare bones center that they've produced in recent times, so I would most likely look elsewhere for a center.
