I want a second sub for the front of my theater.I'm using the Outlaw LFM in back,I need a small sub for the front.Should I use forward firing or downward?I know bass is non-directional at certian levels, but what about pressure. Will forward firing knock peoples socks off?

The two subs I'm looking at are the velodyne's and the smaller Outlaw. I want to spend sub $600 range for it.I don't have the room for another large sub.

It really doesn't matter which way it fires in a good sub.
