Two VCR connection

I have two VCRs and would like to connect them so that I can simultaneously record on one and watch a tape on another. I would appreciate a wiring diagram.

first off, you need two separate tuners.

Do you need a set top box to do your tuning, or do the VCR's themselves do the tuning?
