TV-to-Preamp Cables

I have been out of the loop for quite a while so I need to lean on you guys for some advice. I need some recommendations on interconnects from a new plasma HDTV to a Audio Research SP-16 preamp. Since neither my TV nor my DVD player are my main source of audio enjoyment, I want to keep the price reasonable. MonoPrice, Blue Jeans, etc.??

Cable box/DVR.

Sorry I wasn't clear. I want to play the TV's audio through my 2-channel audio system. I am looking for recommendations on interconnects between the TV audio-out & my preamp's audio-in.
