TV mounting bracket that slides up and down?

For a 32" LED that will live in a cabinet but I need to adjust the screen up about 5 inches to clear a chair when we're using the TV. Ideally, pull out and up.
I haven't seen these for Tvs but have for PC (like this Amazon.com: 3 Way Adjustable Tilting Desk Mount Bracket for LCD (Max 33Lbs, 10~25inch) - Black: Electronics) but wold prefer on that mounts to the wall. Any ideas? Thanks so much.

Depends on the weight of your TV really. If your TV is under the weight listed, you may be fine with any mount that matches up with your display.

Ergotron has a number of solutions out there and is one of the few companies focussed on this type of VERY unusual setup.
