I'm thinking about building a new AV cabinet with a lift. This is the lift I'm looking at.

It will require about 10-12 inches of depth for the TV (Panasonic 50" plasma). I want to place my components on front. A sub in the lower center and my CC above the sub. The ramaining gear to either side of the sub and CC but still in front of the TV. What do you guys think? Will this look weird given that is will end up being about three feet deep and 35" - 40" tall? Also my Music Hall turntable will sit on top centered and in front of the TV lift.
This is the look I'm going fo. It will be taller and deeper but the same width.
