If you have a service manual for your AV Receiver or are a Tech I interested in the following.
I would like to know the power amp supply rail voltages for all different types and brands.
I am getting a Sony STR-DE675 and the service manual shows +- 50.9 Volts for 100 watt output x 5
I am getting a NAD T761 and the service manual is a bit sketchy it shows a voltage of 39 Volts DC on the transformer pcb and I dont think this is right.
I was going to add The Jaycar KA 1814 SUB Bass Processor kit to the amps.
The kit has regulators LM 7815 and the max input is 35 volts for those chips so I have to use a zenna diode to drop the supply rails to a safe level.
I have lots of subbies and my amp with 2 ETI 480's, one channel has a fault...not bad for kit I made in 1982 which is 30 years old now time to upgrade.
