Why my jamo s606 sound better if just 3-4 cm off the wall.
And sorta empty when 60cm off the wall ?

Audyssey is usually fairly good about setting distances & delays, so I wouldn't bother adjusting anything unless it sounds off.

Why my jamo s606 sound better if just 3-4 cm off the wall. And sorta empty when 60cm off the wall ?
That would be the effect known as boundary gain, which gives a boost to the bass frequencies.

no defiantly not that.

Like background music in movie is hearable when towers against wall, But if 60cm off the wall i barely here that at all in same movie.

As if my towers need to be least 3 meters away to sound full.

Sound is little off when sitting at position 2 and 3.

while if i manuely set its perfect for every position.

I never have problem with the measured distance, sound level, and bass EQ. Anything else I cannot be sure but yes I trust them more than any other room EQ out there mainly because their academic link and the apparent/inferred endoresment from THX.
