ParadigmDawg Audioholic Overlord Aug 15, 2008 #3 Plasmas last around 60,000 hours or about 20 years of normal viewing time.

Indeed, because as audioholics we are able to pack 41 hours of viewing into a single day. Our time-bending capabilities should be harnessed by science, not feared and shunned as they are now.

Audioholics Guest Aug 15, 2008 #7 Figure ~6 years at 24 hours/day... but that's just until it's at half brightness. Also keep in mind that consumer products aren't meant to be run that hard. That's why commercial plasmas exist.

Yep, not alot of talk on the commercial end round here which can be good values for some. A freind has a second generaton pioneer panel, that just went through its 2 isf, and looking great.
