Trouble with HarmanKardon AVR 65

I have a question regarding some trouble i'm having with my AVR 65 reciver. Every time i turn the power off, it losses all &nbsp;settings. What could be the problem? Do any you have any idea? Please help ! &nbsp;

I assume when you say &quot;turn off the power&quot; you mean
putting the receiver in standby? and not a hard shutdown
If your settings are not memorized in this mode then it may be a problem with the processor flash memory and will need to be serviced</font>

No, i'm talking about a hard shutdown....NOT standby, with standby there's no problem.
