where can i go to buy used or refurb receivers? i know this may sound like a dumb question to most of you guys, but i've tried froogling and ebay, but i'd like to hear from you guys.

I have a 50" Panasonic Plasma and a Onkyo Receiver. All I need now is the BIC Acoustech speakers which are 799.99. But shipping is about 129.00....... which is really retarded. I was thinking about picking them up from their factory but I dont know if that is possible.
