I figured out the basics of my Aiwa Reciever but there are still a few things that confuse me (Brother gave it to me and Ive never had a reciever before no manual either) Im assuming this is the one I have http://www.audioreview.com/A-V,Receivers/Aiwa/PRD_125188_2718crx.aspx He also gave me a Sub Woofer its Sony 100watt High Power Sub-Woofer. I was wondering how to hook it up, I put in the cable to the reciever to the woofer itself and I plugged it into an outlet, and I had 2 other speakers already hooked up to it and I was watching the Family Guy Dvd (Season 3) but wasnt getting any sound from it am I doing something wrong or is there a way I can check out a manual online for it if anyone knows what model it is? Also how much would a cheap CD Changer cost me, Im only 17 and could only have a range of around 50 to 70 bucks is there any good one for that price? Bah more questions I also was wondering how would I hook up a video game system like a Playstation 2 to the Reciever?

I'm pretty sure if you look hard enough, you'll find a model # somewhere.

Not all DVD'd contain enough "sub worthy" material to call it into play. Try renting an action flick. If that doesn't kick it in, it's time to find a manual.
