Took a huge speaker plunge and gamble.

Ordered 2 separate SVS speaker systems for my upstairs (7.1) and downstairs (5.1) listening areas...sight unheard.

Upstairs system: SVS STS-02 slim towers for mains, SCS-02 mid, SSS-02 bipoles for side surrounds, SBS-02s for rear surrounds, PB12NSD sub.

Downstairs system: SVS SBS-02 bookshelfs for mains and surrounds, SCS-02 mid, P12NSD sub.

Hope I dun guud? We'll see, about the end of Sept. after they're delivered. I had originally posted about the upstairs system and was just going to order the upstairs system, then got to thinking...I just ordered new Yamaha receivers and CD changers for both the upstairs and downstairs and all I needed for a completely new system downstairs was a good speaker system. Done deal. All new systems up and down. Just bought new plasma flat screens too. Merry Christmas to me! And now for that, uhh, credit card bill...

SV Sound is an excellent internet direct dealer with very good products.... you "dun guud" ! Keep all the shipping boxes and materials for the 45 day return period, but I don't think you will need them.

Thanks guys. Like I said on another forum, I have complete confidence that what I bought will be far better than what I had. My last upstairs system was a, um...B#*e. No offense to any B#*e owners out there.
