So the beloved TSC is dead and gone and now that I'm looking to upgrade my mains to floorstanders (I was originally planning on getting the TST3s or TST2s) I'm not sure what's going to be tone matched, or provide a similar upgrade for the price.

I picked up their 5.1 system last year (TSBL mains, TC2 center, TSB rears, and the ASW-10 sub) and it's been awesome for the price, but now I'm looking for a little more scale from my movies (The ships in Star Trek on BD are sounding a little thin).

Unless I'm lucky enough to find the TSTs on ebay or something, are there any other floorstanding speakers that will match well with the TC2 center, and won't break the bank? (The TST3s were around $600 a pair, so that's the upper end of my budget)

I suspect that you'll be replacing the front 3. If it were me I'd save up for a new front 3.1 and move the TSCs in the bedroom. You needs good sounds in there to. :D

That'd be nice. Aperion's lineup is very appealing, but the money just isn't there. I found the TC2 center works very well for me. The thing is massive, and my living room is pretty small.

Well, in my bedroom there plenty of sounds, without a single speaker :D:D

God, I was just looking at AH review of my TST2 and I'm so fricken glad I got them at 25% off in November.... I don't think there are anything right now matching in same price point...
