I have a Sony DVP-CX985V multidisc player that is SACD capable. I have several SACD's (12) I recently bought an album by Diana Krall (When I Look into Your Eyes) it will not play on this unit either in SACD, Multi-Channel or
2 channel. I had it replaced still no luck. Took the SACD to Circuit city and it plays great on there DVP-NC685V unit. Checked out everthing I could in the manual but no luck. There must be a problem within the player and its compatibility with this disc due to the type of recording, however it looks to be a standard SACD disc..Anybody have an idea or has there been anyone else having this problem with this particular disc ?
