I would've been very glad to send you copy of the manual but I never received a notification of your PM and I had no need to come back to this forum until now. Adela, very nice of you to try to respond to Kevin (and very nice of Mazer to help you with that) - but Kevin hasn't been on the forum in about two years now (and was only here for one day). So, odds are, he's not still looking for that manual...or coming back here.
