I was in a national-wide electronics store today looking for the 5070HD (non-elite line) pioneer plasma and the salesman mentioned they had an 1140 which was opened and he could sell it to me for around $3600. I believe both TV's use the same processor and both are 720P resolution but the elite has both film (24fps) and video (30fps) modes and has an ethernet jack, where as the 5070HD has only video mode and no ethernet jack. Do you think these 2 additional features on the 1140 are worth the ~ $800 price premium over the 5070HD? I have not seen the difference between 24fps and 30fps for myself, can you tell?
