I have played with a few and I do like the QWERTY keyboard, trackball, and touch screen combo. The OS is nice and has a lot of potential. Battery life is a low point. Also, if you don't already have T-Mobile, make sure the coverage in your area is sufficient. Around here, T-Mobile coverage is basically non-existent.
Personally, I would love an Iphone. The problem is that AT&T coverage sucks as well. I have a Blackberry Storm and it is a good phone now that they have finally released a stable OS that doesn't freeze. I haven't been able to play with a Palm Pre yet but it looks very intriguing.
