Tin Plated vs Silver Plated HDMI

Is there really a big difference? I'm eyeing a 24 gauge 15-foot tin plated copper HDMI cable from Monoprice for about $19.00 but I'm reading that silver plated is better but a lot more expensive.

With all the hype about cables, I just want to make sure that I get the best value. I just don't want this to be an unnecessary expense.
