My hi-def reception has been terrible for the last month. Some channels freeze up, others don't come in at all. I called my cable company (time warner) and they had me on the phone, first just waiting, then going thru channels and rebooting box for about 45 minutes. That didn't help so they said they had a tech in the area the next day, they would have him stop by and check the signal strength at the line outside. Turned out the tech was a "roadrunner" specialist and could not help. They re-scheduled a tech to stop out on sunday, sep. 9th. I called tonite to verify and possibly move up sundays appointment, only to be told they had to re-schedule my time to 9-20-07. I'm pi$$ed. Direct TV is starting to sound awfully good.
