Time to start shopping for a upgrade

When I got my receiver (Onkyo 607) and sub (TSC T300) I pretty much hit my budget at the time so I ended up getting a Energy Take 5 Classic pack for 130$ to hold me over. Originally planned to save for a month or 2 and buy TSC towers while they were on 40% off....but we know that didn't work sadly.

With the tax return coming soon I've started to shop around for the LCR (and use Energys as interim surrounds), I'm looking to spend ~200-250$ per speaker MAX.

Uses: 30% gaming; 30% movies; 30% music (all kinds); 10% TV
What I'm looking for:
I do prefer towers, but I know you generally get as much/more off equal $ bookshelves
Can be powered by my Onkyo (100w max basically, ~110w @ 6ohm)
Sensitive enough to play loudly for movies (atm in a small area, but preferably able to fill a medium sized room too)
Goes down to at LEAST 80 hz (hearing my sub cover 80-120 hz is killing me)

I've been eying the TriTrix DIY kit (~110$ per speaker) at PE, the TritrixMTs (~50-70$ per), and the Behringer B2030P(~60$ per speaker) (if only I'd caught that sale I would of bought 4 sets and been set) due to the amount of positive feedback I've heard.

Basically what I'm asking is, are there any speakers with a higher $/sound quality ratio at a bit higher price point I should look at? If anyone has ever heard a Tritrix variant and a Behringer B2030P I'd love to hear which you preferred.
