I was in my early 20s when the the Thriller came out and remembered dancing to it in the night clubs. yes, I liked the album but thought it uncool to purchase at the time. Speed time along 20 some years later and I get the book "1000 Recordings To Hear Before You Die" and the recommendation for MJ's "Thriller" is in there. I have been putting off this purchase. I'm going to the used record store today to pick up a copy of it now as his umtimely death puts a new sense of urgency to this particular purchase. Its strange how a death just puts a diferent perspective on things. RIP Michael.
