Hi everyone,

Few months ago, I have gotten a pair of Martin Logan Aerius speakers and have been looking for a great 2 channel amp to do justice to those speakers. I've been zeroing in on Hafler DH-220's, if I could find a reliable one or Emotiva UPA-200s for a setup with newer components that won't break the bank. While looking for those I also stumbled upon a Pinoeer A-88x, which seems to be a solid amp, but not widely discussed. I couldn't find a thread that compares some of these and wanted to tap into the wisdom here to see if anyone had the chance to test these.

I listen to a wide variety of genres, but mostly will listen rock, jazz and electronic music on these. I have a Technics SL-1200 but don't have a standalone pre-amp neither for phono or otherwise - which might be additional points for A-88x, which has a built in preamp.

If you were in my place with the following options, which option would you go for and why?

Thanks for helping out!
