what's up Y'all
My Philips 37PFL4007H/12 isn't working so good since a few days.
I have a HTL 5120/12 via HDMI1(ARC) connected to it. Talked to my "Beloved" (sarcasm) philips tech support that told me that those 2 devices are not compatible to each other  really?. I did a software update on my TV but still with all the settings turned on (easylink autostart and hdmi ARC) to make it work but i always need to go into the speakers settings an chose amplifier a few time to make it work why? i was thinking the TV tells the soundbar to turn on and go to the right input. Could there be a problem with the Soundbar? when i go into standby on my TV the Soundbar turns off but not back on. can anyone help me.Thanks

Edit: looks like easylink aka HDMI CEC only does system off but not back on. but still why do i need to go into the speakers setting an chose amplifier multiple times before my TV sends the audio to the Soundbar? sometimes it works right away. The TV manual says under easylink autostart that i would turn the TV speakers off and sends the the signal to the HDMI CEC(easylink) compatible Soundbar (which mine is ) but it doesn't what could be the problem.

what's up y'all? so thinks got very strange this morning as i turned my TV on the Soundbar did too! (multiple times) but the person from philips tech told me it would not only system standby would, so does that mean that philips tech was wrong and didn't know what he was talking about?
