I was going through some of my movies to try setting up my new speakers and had picked X-Men 3 (DVD). Found that the menu screen (and language screen) has some great LFE and surround sound (there's this big spinning thing with an arm, it'll make sense if you see it,lol), it just repeats over and over. Might be helpfull for setting up yer sub and surrounds.
