Thats pretty sweet. I could "DVR" my shows or HD movies and then watch them on the plane, hotel room, etc. on my laptop while traveling.

My roommate has one of those things, I was surprise at how many channels he gets with that little thing. He is wired into the cable lines in the apartment (we don't have cable tv, just internet, but it still pulls all the HD channels. He also gets about 15-20 other channels over the air. My favorite thing has got to be this though, if anyone that is directly hardwired in the immediate area (remember these are apartments) is watching something on-demand we can watch it too. That includes movies, pay per view sporting events, and of course pornography. We get a lot of porn after midnight

What amuses me is the apparent dislike of Magnavox on this forum, come on, give the little guy a break, he is only 20 years old. It is the best disc spinner I have ever used, hence I own two, to spite of the members of this forum of course.
