Seriously, I have no life.
Now we are passed the analog sunset, we are getting a lot of requests to make older analog gear work in the modern AV environment.

If you really have to, and want to, then this device is for you.

Most TVs have a digital Toslink audio out and no longer have an analog audio out.

So the digital out needs to be converted to analog. Most devices that do this are terrible. They produce bangs pops and screeches through the system. They have no volume control for level matching.

On my last visit to the UK, I found this excellent device that Maplin stores have made for them for sale.

You can order it with confidence from the UK, as it is USB powered!

I can't recommend this unit more strongly. It is very stable and with no vices that I can tell. The volume control makes it possible to match levels to other things connected to the amp.

I give this unit an A + rating.
