I saw this one yesterday. It's B & W in German with subtitles, a small town in 1913 and strange bad things happen to several people in the area. It's kinda like a sepia-tinted Children of the Corn, done with subtlety and a lot of portent. Is this a preview of the rise if the Nazis, a run of bad luck or just a town where people need to get out more? It's long and European, but if you like that sort of thing, very good.
