The US Navy Band

[Hi Ho]

The Navy has a bluegrass band and they are really awesome! I saw them at the Darrington Bluegrass Festival last weekend. I took some video with my camera. I've put a bit of it on YouTube. I was surprised at how good the sound came out just using my Panasonic ZS3 camera in the audience. The banjo player and guitar player are amazingly good.

I'd go to one of the concerts if I didn't have to drive too far. There's a bluegrass album out called "Kiss my Bluegrass" and is comprised of bluegrass versions of the songs from the Bare Naked Ladies. It's actually quite good to listen to.
