Not on my Satellite But it is on my OTA. Three different channels (digital tunner) not sure why. It's Free MTV.

I get this from OTA local broadcast via ABC's digital lineup.
It has been a long time since I watch music videos, early 90's when MTV went to crap. , so this was a nice surprise after moving into the digital age!
