The Speaker Company TSBL-HT home theater system on the way

Well I finally pulled the trigger this morning and in few days I should have the speaker company tsblt-ht 5.1 system on my door step. At $445 shipped it was irresistible! The package includes 2 6.5" bookshelf, 2 5.25" bookshelf, 1 big center and a 250 watt 10" subwoofer speakers. It is replacing an Infinity tss-750 5.1 set I've had for a number of years. Last year I upgraded to the denon 2808 and have been researching and listening to all sorts of speakers. For the money and positive reviews of The Speaker Company's speakers I'm sure I'm going to be happy. I've heard paradigm, polk, def tech, kef and a couple of others and researched just about everything else. I feel pretty confident the the speaker company will be on par with those mentioned above and cost way less. I'll be sure to post pics and a review.

The speakers arrived yesterday afternoon!!! Everything was very nicely packed and arrived without damage. I assembled my speaker stands and got to work. I used 3m tack putty to secure the speaker to the stand and also the the stand to the floor. I should get stouter stands for the tsbl, without the tack I could see them tipping with a bump.
After running audessy on the denon and making some manual adjustments I popped in the transformers hd-dvd to have a listen.
The t250 subwoofer plays solid and deep. Compared to the tss-750 subwoofer, it goes lower and is tighter. I'm hearing and feeling bass I haven't heard before. Big improvement!
The tc2 center speaker is a beast and fits perfectly in its new home. I used the threaded riser in the front to angle it to ear level, that's a nice little feature. The sound is much more robust than the infinity tss-750 center. Voices are noticibly clearer and vibrant. Its crossed over at 80.
The tsbl's and tsb sound great, once again more substantial than the little infinity tss-750 sats. They are also crossed over at 80.
So far I really like the tsc speaker very much, especially the high end. I have yet to listen to music so more to come and also some pictures.
I hope to have my audiophile buddy over this weekend for some fine tuning and "critical" listening.
