The site has been loading ssllloooowwwww!!!!!!

For the last day it's taking quite a while, up to a minute but around 30-40 seconds, for each page to load. It's only while I'm here. The other sites I pull up are loading right away. Where's all the bandwidth going?

Maybe it's the store, I am not experiencing this tonight. I was experiencing some slowness a few days ago on this forum.

I'm starting to see it a bit too. It usually happens after I've read the new posts and clicked Mark Forums Read. Sometimes the whole browser window will be blank for up to 30 seconds.

We've got some backups running that could have temporarily slowed it down.

It's loading fine now, but earlier today and yesterday was awful. I'm wondering if the nearly 8k users might be bogging it down. With that many people browsing at a time it may be tying up quite a bit of bandwidth. (Though I'm glad to see the site is getting some recognition)
