In Westminster CA, i was demoing the GoldenEar TritonII speakers (which by the way, sound FANTASTIC!) in the other room they had these two GoldenEar subs. They produced very nice/powerful bass i was impressed! Plenty of xmax & with the larger racetrack radiator on the bottom it really extended the low fq further than a typical 10". A bit pricey & the finish is a kind of cheap grey laminate but overall a nice sub. The shape is interesting & the rubber feet are very jelly-like which probably decouple it well from the floor.
