Got this off of Netflix. I had seen the preview before on Memento, as this was Chris Nolan's first official film. I quite enjoyed it, and thought it was really funny and/or ironic with the Batman reference on the main character's door (if you don't know, Nolan directed Batman Begins & TDK as well as Memento). I can sort of see where Memento grew from, as Following is presented "out of order", in that you can tell that you are only getting bits of the story at a time and they are not sequential. Just like Memento, it is used very effectively and really draws you into the story, though it could be a bit confusing at first. It is very well done; very good acting and cinematography. It is an older movie, late 90s IIRC. The sound is stereo only and it is in black and white, the black and white adding to the whole look and feel. Definitely worth a rental. Going to add this one to the "not well known" thread as well.

I 'Saved' the disc. That whole thing about them splitting up their service is still up my @$$ about a mile and a half sideways. I dropped the streaming.
