I've had the 661-SE's and 2 1010-SEP's for about 3 years and just got the opportunity to upgrade to the T-1/R's and the 661-SE/R for a center! It's going to stretch my budget, but it should be well worth the upgrade.

Has anyone in here auditioned them? I haven't even heard the reference line other than when it was part of their Status Accoustic line in a demo room at their warehouse and they were amazing even comparing them to the already amazing T-2's.

Congratulations. I was at their factory a couple weeks ago and really like the sound they produce. I think you'll be happy with them

661-se/r

I have the 661-SE/R as a center channel and 61-SE/R as mains, in a word they sound amazing! The center channel is so good that you will begin to decipher the poorly mixed soundtracks from the ones done really well. I'm turning into an audio snob, HELP! Enjoy your new setup you will not be disappointed!

Thanks for your comments. I'm looking forward to them being completed.

So we have at least one other Utah guy I presume. Maybe we can give each other's system's a listen to maybe get some more ideas on how to improve our rooms. I live in Tooele, but work in Salt Lake.
