Just a quick note to thank AH and its contibuting editors, as well as the editor in chief for all their efforts in educting me into real audio and away from the hype. Can't forget the patient forum members as well!

I have greatly apprecited your efforts, articles and reviews. I have purchased many of the reviewed CDs, SACDs and hardware you have reviewed and learned what I should be listening for. I've noticed one album review in particular which sounded terrible on my original set up now sounds great on my new set up due to improvements and tweaks as a result of the education you inspired. Scofield, I can see you house from here is the one that really jumps out at me. I can say Clint's jazz devotion is a bit greater than mine and I prefer "real Flamencio" over Nuevo Flamenco but wouldn't have know about compressed music and the bain of mp3 files without AH's tireless efforts.

I 've patronized many of AH's advertisers and recieved top value. Thanks again for helping me appreciate real audio quality.

Regards and continued success,
Paul from VA

Its actually Pat Metheny and John Scofield and I still use that as a reference recording. What a great REAL jazz CD. Thanks for your forum post and support.

For more Jazz fun, check out some discs from Weather Report, Pat Metheny Group, and if you have SACD, Patricia Barber from Premonition Records and High Note SACD volumes like kinda Funky kinda Jazz.

Check's in the mail, Paul... lol
Make sure you spell my last name right... that's V - A - I - L ;)

And it's Northern Virginia... wouldn't want to be confused with the rest of those crazy Pauls in the rest of Virginia. :D
